Returns policy
Foptical performs a high standard test to ensure that the product you will receive in your hands is in excellent quality.
No refunds.
Changes - returns are accepted as long as the special markings have not been removed from the product. (protectors, cards with special safety cord, labels)
In any case of change or return you are required to fill in the special product return form included in your shipment to let us know the reason why you return the product.
Change:
In case you receive the product you have ordered and it does not suit you, there is a right to change as long as the special markings from the product (labels, tags) have not been violated. The change margin is 14 days from the day you place your order. In this case the shipping costs of the change are covered by the customer.
Replacement:
In case you receive a defective product or different from the one you ordered, you send us back the wrong shipment you received and we will proceed immediately to replace it. In this case all shipping is covered by the store.
Note: In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you to offer you what alternatives.
